Since 2008, we have been working directly with The Chargers, local politicians, business leaders, taxpayer groups and everyday citizens to facilitate the development of a new world class stadium in San Diego County. This is the place to find all of the latest information and get involved with our grassroots effort.

Mission Statement
Founded in 2008, The San Diego Stadium Coalition is an organization whose members are fully committed to working with municipal entities to facilitate the construction of a world class stadium within San Diego County which will serve as a home for the San Diego Chargers, SDSU Aztecs, College Bowl Games, and other large-scale events. Our commitment is fueled by a passion for local sports, an acute understanding of the San Diego market and an unyielding desire to keep high profile events and the Chargers (the region’s only NFL Franchise) within the County. We will attain our goal by working transparently with key stakeholders including citizens, civic leaders, local sports franchises and regional business professionals.

Merger with FTBA
In 2010, the SDSC merged with the San Diego Fans, Taxpayers and Business Alliance (FTBA) to become the largest grassroots stadium organization in San Diego County.

Vision and Goals
This website, along with our social media outlets, serve as key information and advocacy resources for citizens, fans, politicians and business leaders in the local and international community to interact, learn, discuss and take action on all issues surrounding the development of a new stadium in San Diego County.
